Just want to give everyone a heads-up:
it is an aqua-running suit, much better than them belts because it mimicks running style better AND stops you from falling forward (which ruins posture/level pelvis). also, there are shoes which make you feel like you are actualy running. top soccer clubs in europe use them along with your standard elite athletes.
has anyone used them?
they make the whole experience much better. if anyone out there uses aquatraining a lot, or intends on doing it properly, then without doubt, the suit is the best way of doing so.
