Yeah I'm looking forward to this as well. Chicago is still 15 weeks out and NYC even further so I don't think most of us are officially training yet.
I'm aiming for sub 2:40 in Chicago this year and I've been building base since the spring. I will probably top out between 110 and 120 before starting the Pfitz plan in 3 weeks. I've basically just been doing alot of steady mileage, a medium long run and long run interspersed with some light tempo work, hill repeats, striders and a few races which I have trained through.
