Female running about 70 miles a week primarily concentrating on Halfs and a Fall marathon. Is is better to run 9-11 miles in the AM or split it up into AM and PM runs...

It's best to run 9-10 in the am and then 3-5 in the pm. Long run once a week 14-20 miles.
