Landing on your heel is the natural way to run - it takes all the load off of your Achilles tendon while landing on your forefoot puts your entire body weight on it. which experts did they talk to for this article? I asked my doctor about running only my forefoot and she said go for it as long as I wanted to keep coming back to her for tendon damage.
