I am a female 800-3k type. In high school I was a 200-800 type and developed a lot of basic speed. My sophmore year in College I got severe achilles tendonitis and sat out with no activity for 9 months. Since then I have not been able to do great speed work because the achille was a little iffy, because of this I have been pretty sluggish, at least for me. I just have to leg speed. Now the achilles is great and I want to start to try to get back to my old speedy self. What are some good workouts that I could do.
