OK so Saturday I did a 55 400, 60 seconds rest and another 55 400. Sunday I went for a 30 minute run and then today I did 4x200 with full recovery in between, with each 200 at 25-26. My question is did doing the 200s today(Monday) hurt me for a race on Friday when I was supposed to do them tomorrow(Tuesday)? I misheard my coach and did them today when he said tomorrow so that is the only reason I am questioning this.
