Have improved a lot over the last year and have a 5000m race this weekend and I don't know what pace to go off at so I need your help.
Been running 70-75mpw regularly. Sessions on Tues and Sat.
Last track session was pretty typical: 5 sets of 800m (ave 2.14), 60 secs rest, 400m (ave 63), 90 secs rest
What sore of time do you think this session suggests I can run for a 5k on the track?
