I have difficulty with standing on my left leg. I feel very solid on my right now, but it doesn't feel quite right on my left one. Over the years I have developed a chronic deficiency, my glutes, quads, calves, post. tibialis, etc. don't seem as strong as on my right side. I am doing some exercises that were perscribed by a P/T, mainly targeting my glutes and some lunges, but I haven't been seeing any results. As anyone ever dealt with type of issue? I am running, but my leg feels chronically weak, limping almost, and I often get knee pain. Also, I have a slight "morton toe" on my bad side, its not as bad as what you see when you look up google images, but it is apparent. I feel that it's more difficult for my foot to remain stable because of my slightly weird big toe.
All suggestions appreciated!
