So recently my times in workouts have just been getting worse and worse. 4 mile tempo runs I used to do at 5:35/mile I can barely average 5:50/mile now. The strange this is I raced on the weekend and had a decent race. 16:00 flat 5k for me. Then today I had a horrible tempo run agian at barely 5:50/mile. I'm only running 20 miles/week as I'm coming off an injury, so I dont see how I can be overtrained. Anyone have any ideas on whats happening.??
