I know it's recommended to take a week or two off after track season to recover, recharge, blah blah blah. But I feel like crap when I'm not doing anything and would rather just be out running. As long as I'm not doing anything intense, just getting some easy miles and cross training, am I inhibiting my potential for XC? I plan on getting a very solid base over the summer. Any 30-31, high 14's to low 15's guys not really take much time off and still have success?? Any input appreciated
