Hi, I'm 6' and 147 lbs. I run 95 mpw and am always craving junk food. Ill eat good for a few days and then eat a whole half gallon of ice cream, no kidding. I want to get down to around 140 for when I start racing. Any tips on how to create a caloric deficit while running high miles and not have huge cravings for junk food? any tips will be appreciated. thanks
