Hey everybody,
I was wondering what things you guys do to keep yourselfs injuyr free, like plyos, stretching, wieghts, other exerciese,etc. You get the idea.
I feel like im always getting injured. I try to do everything I can, eat right, ice, stretch, easy days, strength, but what like to hear what othes have done.
It it helps right now I have a piriformis / hip / lower back injury and routinely get achilles tendonits. It also seems like I'm injured more on my right side.
