Depends on what you're trying to train.
If you're focusing on a pace, and being comfortable at that pace, then the 600 and 400 at 60sec pace is ideal.
If you're trying to work on your kick and finishing well, then the one where you're closing in a 57 is better.

For example 400/400/600/300/300 with 4min/4min/5min/3min/3min rest at your 800m race pace.
