I am looking for a lightweight pack for putting a small change of clothes in. Before the flaming starts, I don't want a fanny pack and I am not racing a 5K or any other race in it. I am just looking for a lightweight pack for running to work .

It's smaller than it looks.

I've use mine for running and biking.
Camelpack or similar water carrying backpack.
Remove lining, straw etc
Bingo
I run to my work sometimes, I just leave work clothes there once a week(drive that day) and run the rest...running with stuff sucks
Check out either Nathan or Ultimate Direction for packs... By far these are the most comfortable running backs I have ever used.
I am ashamed to admit that I ran to work today with an REI fanny/hip pack. I had no choice. I had to carry my shoes, change of clothes, my lunch and a grant I had to review. I tried to find my camelback but it's stuffed in the attic somewhere.
I have to admit that pack felt pretty good considering how much crap I was carrying. No way will that thing fly faster than 7:30 pace or longer than the 4 miles to work.
BREAKING: Athing Mu running 800m in Gainesville on Friday at Holloway Pro Classic
Jakob chugs almost an entire 32-oz sports drink in 6 seconds during interview
I don't believe Jakob is clean. injured and runs 3:26.7 a bit later?
After Jakob's 3:26, Kerr's chance of winning in Paris has INCREASED
Can we talk about how crazy hard this Olympic marathon course is?
