Maybe in the 800, but his 1500m (which would benefit more from EPO) has improved.

I don't think they test ppl under 18, he could be juiced all the time.

Maybe you're right, but then not all people would call 3.45 in 2001, 3.48 in 2002 and then 3.50 in 2003 an 'improvement'.

I wouldn't put it past a totalitarian state like China to bust a nobody like this guy so that it "looks" like they're trying to be tough on drugs. As long as the Chinese are doing the testing, there's absolutely no chance of a medal threat getting caught. Their record on human rights isn't terribly good, and ruining someone's athletic career is chump change compared to ruining someone's life.

Those times are good, but not so overwhelming that they would justify the use of EPO.

USADA does/has tested people under 18.

I am here in China.

I deal with the Chinese people on a daily basis.

They are the most hard working and tough people in the WORLD, especially the women.

When I go on bus/train rides up to Dali and Lijiang, you see women working their little tails off in the fields. The people here take no shit.

Mr. Squire, you seem to think that there is a overarching plan to bust certain athletes while others go unpunished.

I don't think that this is true at all.

If you were here in China like I am, you would see China as I see it: A *GREAT* Nation of hard working folks who are agressive but believe in fair play.
