i run exactly that workout except it is not that tough. and my current pr is 849-3k
i would guess you will run between 920-935 for 3200m
you probably already know that though
I have done that same workout averaging about 2:14... and I ran right around 9 minutes
So if you average 2:23... I would say more like 9:35 to 9:40 ( add a second or two to your 800 average and multiply by 4) Of course if you race really well... you could certainly run a bit faster. Don't limit yourself.
