is it normal to feel a slight fatigue feeling in early outdoor season. i've just come off two pretty big weeks of mileage with some speed endurance workouts mixed in with some threshold strength type stuff.i mean i've recently ran a 800 pr, a nice 3200 negative splitting big time and 1 second off last seasons mile pr. this has all come while feeling pretty tired. is this normal or am i tipping the edge towards overtraining. my coach suggested next week would be a more down week and not run the usual 12 miles tomorrow but opt for a shorter day (3-5). thanks in advance.!!!
