There was an advert on this site awhile back about a new book that the Johnson Brothers recommended. Anyone have the title?

I don't remember, but I can assure you the author was not Galloway.
Do you meet "Life At These Speeds" by Jeremy Jackson? That had that one up for awhile. Or are you talking about a training book?
If you mean LATS, coincidentally mensracing.com has an interview with the author up on their news/home page today.

It that's not the book, sorry, I don't know.
Was it "Running Within" by Jerry Lynch and Warren Scott? That one's on mental training. I read it about a year ago. I liked it.
Just finished reading "Life at these Speeds."

He says in his interview that it's not a novel about running but it has a lot of running in it. He takes a laissez-faire attitude towards running, clearing the mind, enjoying physical activity. He seems to emphasize the secondary benefits enhanced by running rather than that trophy or time.
