I am a really short dude - only 5'3'' actually - and I always have felt as if the mere stride of the tall runners leaves me eating their dust in every 5k, 10k and half-marathon that I've done. For each of their steps, I have to take two - or so it seems.
However, The article below kind of DISAGREES with me. BUT - I am the short dude - and it seems so scientific to me to me that I'll never have a chance against the 5'10'' and up runners.
What do you think and is there anything I can do to compensate?
