hardest? probably calculus, I am just not good at math
most work? commercial recreation management-wrote about 200pgs of work using well over 300 pieces of research
sport management degree by the way
Differential Equations
Haven't used the class one day since the final of it. What a brilliant waste.

Yes DiffEQ was a bitch but I had a much tougher time with Calc 3 and found it equally worthless. Of course my prof in Calc 3 spoke numbers, then Russian and maybe, if I was lucky, some english in there somewhere.
Anybody who thinks Chem is hard would never survive these classes.
P-Chem was not easy. it was my first calc based chem class.
The hardest I ever got in class was when Susie wore a low cut top and no bra and dropped a pencil, wardrobe malfunction! sorry old satch joke
Calculas B... was the toughest of all the maths at my university, and I had to go through three calculas', DE, and Linear Algebra.
and a very close second was Tax accounting, partially because it was sooo boring and because it was corporate taxes.

no offense, but why take calculus for that major??
by the way, i'm a math major, teach math now and i can't say I'VE ever used any of the math I learned in college. then again, i wouldn't have a job without it, right?
I was stupid freshman year and wanted to "challenge" myself with one hard class, yeah it was pretty dumb in hindsight, I got a D+, and i'm pretty sure that was a large gift
That is your loss. If you are an engineer, then there are many ways to apply DE.
ABET - the governing body for professional engineering accreditation - requires the core curriculum on any ABET (accreditated college engineering) program be based in DE.
I have taken over 90 college courses - and many upper level and graduate courses in math/physics/chemistry/geophysics - and am finding organic chemistry to be hard. Maybe just because I am taking it in the summer and it is a weed-out class.
Introduction to Linear Algebra Honors version AKA MAth 433
"To prepare majors for graduate school"
8 hours on a problem set of 7 questions to get one right..transferred before the first exam to Math 431..Introduction to Linear Algebra for Dummies
meterology sucked.
Electromagnetic waves and fields or something like that. It's a junior-level EE course and it sucks a fat one.
grad level algebra. It sounded not too hard when the professor explained it, but then you got to the problems and realized that you didn't know anything.
O-Chem
Detection and Estimation Theory
--------------------------------
Classical statistical decision theory, decision criteria, binary and composite hypothesis tests. Statistical models of signals and noise. Detection of known signals in Gaussian noise. Receiver operating characteristics and error probability. Applications to radar and communications. Detection of signals with unknown or random parameters, detection of stochastic signals, nonparametric detection techniques. Statistical estimation theory, performance measures. Cramer-Rao bounds, estimation of unknown signal parameters, optimum demodulation, signal design. Prerequisites: probability theory and ECSE-6510 (stochastic signals and systems)
"and am finding organic chemistry to be hard. Maybe just because I am taking it in the summer and it is a weed-out class."
Finally something actually hard.
Currently am taking: Modeling Differential Equations- made me realize that Diff Eq = not that hard.
also taking Continuous Functions - This one sounds easy actually, but holy S$#T!!! I think you need a degree in Greek just to understand the words the prof is saying let alone the content. WAYYYYY harder than any under grad Math class by 1000 fold.
In under grad the hardest class I took was oddly enough Western Civ. Now normally this class should be not only easy but also interesting, however, my prof was a doctorate candidate prof in Germany and was a guest prof at my school. He graded HARD!! hence the reason it was a hard class- was also more a lit class than a hist class.
Spanish. All I remember is aspire a mi dick de mierda usted hijo de un perra
statistics
i still hate it to this very day!

I actually had no trouble at all with Ochem. Never understood why people make it out to be some kind of "bend me over" course.
Now calc I disliked greatly. I loved/did well in statistics, but hated calc with a passion.
That is pretty weird because I did well in calc.
Can we talk about how crazy hard this Olympic marathon course is?
