Hello all...quick question to you all really quick. I\'ve taken an extensive break (4-5 years) from competative running and am looking to get back into it. As a 19 year old, I was 6'1" and 125lbs running 15:30ish 5ks. Now I have gained about 30lbs., but still quite skinny. So the question is this:
What are some of your times and weight/height ratio.
