Congrats to Battocletti. But didn’t they DQ the wrong one? Wasn’t it Tsegay cutting in on Kipyegon?
I think more footage before the major confrontation, including overhead footage, would be interesting. This one might be remembered and discussed for some time.
She's coached by her father, Giuliano Battocletti, who served a doping ban in 1999 for Nandrolone . . . .
At the time Nandrolone was as common as water in Italy. Even Pep was on it.
Pep Guardiola became the second high-profile player in Italian football in six days yesterday to be named for testing positive for the banned anabolic steroid nandrolone.
The former Barcelona captain, who joined Brescia in September on a one-year contract, failed a drug test after the Serie A match against Piacenza on October 21.
Lazio's former Manchester United defender Jaap Stam was suspended with immediate effect last Friday after it was announced he had tested positive for nandrolone.

Either way, she is a huge talent because she has been very low mileage until this year at 50-60mpw typically and 70 in the offseason. It's been a huge breakthrough now that she's done with school:
Giuliano Battocletti was cleared from the use of Nandrolone. In the lab of Koeln in Germany directed by dr. Donike under request of Italian Federation they tested products of Ultimate Nutrition (the same reason behind the ban of Andrea Longo) and found that 27% of the samples, bougth in different European Countries, were contaminated with Nandrolone.
At the end, Ultimate Nutrition made an allegation against unknown persons for sabotage (maybe for cleaning their name). This means that the doping of Giuliano wasn't intentional.
