I'm wondering what kind of goals should be realistic for me. I know that everyone progresses at their own pace, but I'm wondering what a ballpark estimate of where I should be in a year or two.
So are there other people here who started from zero, being unable to run for even a minute? Where are you at now? Where were you after a year.
I found a half-marathon for October 27th, 2025. Would it be feasible that considering that I'm starting out from the couch would it be possible that I could do it? And what if I wanted to run the full marathon on the same date on 2026?
Are these goals feasible, or should I take it slower?
