Here's what I'm hoping for, what are your thoughts/hopes?
Mixed 4x400 Final: Wilson-Brown-Norwood-McLaughlin
*Brown seems like the logical choice given she's been the most consistent U.S. 400m runner all year. Plus, she's been smart since Trials, not racing and just honing in on practice until the Games. I think she'll return to 49-low to mid shape by the Games, and given she doesn't have the individual, will end up being the 2nd fastest after SML.
*For the men, as of right now, I think Norwood (44.10) and Wilson (44.20) earn first rights. Deadmon (44.22) just behind Wilson, so may get the nod instead and Wilson may be regulated to just the men's 4x4 heats.
Women's 4x400 Final: ?-Thomas-Brown-SML
*No idea for lead-off. Ellis seems most deserving at this point for a spot on the relay, but she doesn't have much (if any?) lead-off experience. Quanera Hayes is a great lead-off runner so that's another option. Maybe Shamier Little?
Men's 4x400 Final: Hall-Norman-Norwood-Benjamin
