My goal was to try and hit ~68 at the 400 mark and then hold on or slightly speed up at the end, which I did for most of them. Overall the workout was quite hard, especially in the middle. The last three, interestingly, felt better than the middle (probably because of adrenaline and "it's almost over" factor) so I sped up on those. My form was solid the whole workout.
