I get out of the door and the first 5 to 10 minutes my legs are either in pain or dead . As warmup things start to feel good and I get my workout done like in the old days . Does this happen to you ? I’m 38 years old btw
Also , the other day I created a post criticizing the performance of this message board , the IT team didn’t like it and deleted it . They know this site sucks , I didn’t do it in bad faith , maybe the admins here don’t want to invest in improving it and took it personal who knows ..
