I’ve recently been to two diffrent PT’s and I’ve gotten the same results. On Long runs after about 90 minutes my It band would essentially be shot and my hips/Tfl would give out as well. So I ended up seeing two different Pt’s to get a solid idea of what I have. Both have said I’m in good shape but for how developed my other muscles are my Hips are far behind the others. I’ve had really good performances under 20 miles but after that it goes down hill fast. So I’m excited to finally have an idea on how to move forward with trail running. Has anyone else had this issue before? How long did it take to start feeling progress?
