EVERY elite runner has a 200m PR. Whether it's from a 5x200m workout or from the blocks in a race is a different story. Either way the time doesn't differ too much and it's mostly slower than what we think it is.

Overt is the only guy I can think of that ever ran a 200m out of the blocks. Among elite 5/10 guys, many don’t even run a 1500m, much less a 200m. El Geurouji didn’t even run the 800m.

Might not be useful, but it sure is fun, if you are a fan. EVERY elite distance runner has run a 200m full out in their lives. Fun to compare their top speed.
