Hassan, Hiltz, Hunter, and Tuohy just a few of the big names set to compete in Los Angeles on SaturdayBy Scott BushAs the Olympic Games come into view, with the track and field action in Paris set to get underway on August 1,...
several Olympians to be (Morgan/Wayment/Schweizer/Hiltz/Rooks (I think) all stepping down in distance for a tuneup it seems as well as a few of those who came up just short of making the team.
ya. im anti hiltz and i skip over those posts. everybody has a position on it. we've been through it.
but that's the nice thing about message boards. those who still have the energy to complain to talk to each other. those who have the urge to counter can do that. the rest of us can move on to the next post.
Rojo, what about Drew Hunter!? Coming off that epic 10k at the trials. I see he’s entered in both 1500/5k tonight which are 30 minutes apart. I wonder which he will do.
Hoping he gets a nice PB after a good year from him!
lol you think the anti Hiltz crew would get super tired making the exact same comments every time their name comes up. Oh well.
It does get kind of repetitive, right? But I do think every time she runs in the women's category, she is unknowingly proving Lia Thomas and her supporters were wrong.
When Lia was competing, we were told it would be inhumane to make someone compete with athletes of a different gender than they identify with. Why?
Has anyone asked Nikki, "Hey Nikki, you are non-binary but consistently compete in the women's category. I'm curious as to what you think of the Lia Thomas situation. When she was competing , we were told it would be unconciable to make her compete in the category of her biological sex, but you do tll the time. Do you think competing in the sex of your biological birth is the fairest way to do this at the elite level? If not, what is your proposed solution?"
