after 5 minutes of running, I get sharp pain on the stomach slightly to the left, almost to the edge of the ribs. I have been to the doctor around 2 weeks ago, and blood/urine/hernia tests all came back normal.
funnily enough, I just fixed a problem on the right side in the same region, and this has come up almost as soon as I got back into running. It was due to a tight psoas, but I don’t think it’s the same thing because it scaled with intensity, while now it starts painful.
could it be something with the intercostals, diaphragm, or something else? Food doesn’t seem to be the issue as I still get the pain running fasted. I have any to return to running ASAP, does anyone have any advice?
