EBay is a poorly regulated site that allows scammers to steal your money. They will side with the scammers and offer you no recourse for recovery. They should be put out of business. Do business there at your own risk.
I hate to be a jerk because i know this is for charity, but put a little effort into it. Maybe frame the shirt? I'm going to be surprised if anyone buys this for that price, still has 0 bids.
Or maybe cut the shirt up into squares, then frame it with a signed photo, and sell more for less money.

Per the auction website, they already have a bid outside of Ebay for 5000 british pounds, and it will go to that bidder if nobody bids for it on Ebay. And note that the real hard core collectors typically do not like their memorabilia messed with, they like them plain so they can create their own display.
