Does anyone else experience ED when running high mileage? I have basically no energy for anything outside of running when I run high mileage and it leaves me with ED. Any solution?
I think you eventually get used to it. Power through for a couple weeks, pull back to 70-75 and feel strong, and then do another set of weeks at 80+ and it might not feel so bad and start feeling normal.

I hate to admit this but in my 20s (in the early '80s) I was hit and miss with this when I went above 80 to 100 miles per week. Under that mileage level... it wasn't a problem very often. But occasionally it was just plain old "stage fright" at lower mileage.
Also, it depended on the particular woman. Not so much what they looked like... but some were better than others at "raising the flag" so to speak... and some were willing to put in more effort before the "is it me?" surrender.

Beyond 20 mpw, every 10 miles reduces the angle of the dangle by 10 degrees.
-Wear synthetic fibers less than you do (running shorts, fine, but beyond that stop)
-Pushups
If your T is low it will affect your performance and essentially negate the mileage.
these aren't all for sure going to raise someone's T, but at the very least it's not going to lower it either so is worth a try.
i'd like to point out though that low T doesn't "essentially negate the mileage". it is simply the next level of adaptation as having lower T allows the body to rid itself of unnecessary lean mass, which is otherwise extremely difficult to do. but unless one has to reach their ultimate potential it's not really worth the sacrifice in quality of life and health.
OP, how's your tan? might sound silly to most, but if your torso very rarely sees sunlight that could be some low-hanging fruit. my vitality is noticeably higher when i'm tan v. when i'm pale and i don't think taking a vit d supplement has anywhere near the same effect.
Melanin is associated in some way with sex drive. It's known that synthetic melanin peptides increase sex drive. I've taken them, I can confirm, and I was very lean and active when I was using them

Yeah maybe it's the miles or maybe it's just good old anxiety. It took me a while to come to terms with extreme social and sexual anxiety. You might just have a difficult time relaxing with a woman. I found to my dismay that I just could not make myself comfortable enough with women I was attracted to. I would always act weird and mess it up fairly early, and if I did manage to get to being sexual, I would be too nervous. I could only really relax with women I wasn't that into. So those were always the ones I ended up getting with. I think everyone experiences this to some degree.
This might sound obvious, get some good lube. I’ve had running associated ED and some if she puts a little good lube on me or her, stands right up. KY.
I’ve also had some luck with BlueChew and Redwood blood flow supplement. But both give me headaches, worth it occasionally.
Really though, get some KY, little purple bottle, and I bet you’ll be thanking some random Letsrunner.
