Hi guys,
Today I did an 800m Workout of 3 x 400m, 3 x 150m (I have an 800m Race in 5 days time).
400m - 59.02sec, 58.77sec, 60.66sec (Headwind blew me in the last 100m and had to slow down too much, was hoping for Sub 58sec last 400m)
150m - 18.92sec, 16.63sec, 18.66sec!!
**2min Rest in between 400m Reps
**10min Rest in between Set Completed.
**4min Rest in between 150m Reps
Overall, I felt super good in this workout. Could anyone predict my 800m time?
