I am an incoming HS junior with PRs of 3200-11:40 and 1600-5:22.
I am consistently getting injuries every season(or preseason) that I feel prevent me from consistently PRing, when ever I at least try to go above 30 mpw. And I want to change that. Some injuries of mine include Osgood Schlatter(on both knees but recently my right) and frequent ankle sprains. How do I get consistent training in order to PR?
