Hallo,
I want to run a 10k pb in September.
My pb is 39:30. I faded towards the end in that race.
Last race result was 1:29 half marathon in May.
I was thinking to train like this:
Mo: 30 min easy
Tu: 3x10 min Tempo + 4x 30 sec Fast
We: 30 min easy
Th: 50 min easy
Fr: 10x2on 1 off LT + 4x30 sec Fast
Sa: off
Su: 70 min easy
3 weeks out I wanted to replace one of the tempo/ Lt sessions with 6x800m 200m jog @ 5-10k pace
What can I do better ?
