I ran 15:17 for the 5k 9:18 3200m and 4:19 1600m. My peak mileage in high school was around 45 I will be hitting 60 as my peak mileage my freshman year in college. What would be some good reasonable goals?

Your goal should be to qualify for the USA Olympic steeplechase in 2028. Please do some research of fellow LRC hero Coebra who came up just a little short in with similar high goals.
Start documenting your journey and you’ll have the entire LRC community following every hurdle along the way with generous amounts of advice, encouragement, and support.
Should be 25's or better for 8km xc
Sounds like a cop-out, but just try to finish the season healthy and fit. Going from 45 to 60 mpw is a big jump. Even if you stay injury-free, there's a chance you won't get all the benefits right away, so be patient.
If you can stay injury-free, then I would say low 25s is a reasonable goal for the 8k.

This post is correct. Adjusting to higher mileage/harder training on top of adjusting to college life can be a lot. You may very well keep on improving at a fast rate, but if you stagnate or even run a little slower than you’re used to don’t be discouraged.

Should be in the 25:xx range but so much depends on the competition, course, weather, and how many races you get to compete in

My best advice don't put any goals besides just improving. To improve you have to work very methodical and smart, just train at the paces equal to your present shape. Good luck! 🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪
