It will be 93F and feeling like 100F today.
I did runs during the hottest part of the day the last two days - it was about 90F.
Today might take a break.
Don't have AC, but a fan works well.
Sleep with the fan on.

I'm ok. What's wrong with a thread about the heat?
I think every June every running magazine, website, and outlet publishes the same list that's been around since running became a thing.
hydrate before, during, and after
try to run in the early AM or late PM
pick a shady trail if possible
wear light clothing
adjust your pace and expectations of performance
run on a looped route so if you become too overheated you can easily make it back home/ to the car. (You don't want to be 6M away and get whacked.)

I personally keep all my shorter runs or doubles outside and my longer runs indoors.
its 88 and nearly 100% humidity at 6:30 am, but it’s 100+ and very low humidity in the afternoon. I could survive an easy 4-6 in that but I’m not going to get anything killing myself for 11-12 miles.
