If you are referring to race walking, form doesn't cross over. But fitness and training does. So during my base phase as a race walker I do 70% runner and 30% race walking.
No, i don't mean race walking, i mean normal walking.
Powerwalking technique transfers well to running. I lose just a little bit of training, mostly in the lungs.
We are gettting more and more sedentary. We sit at home, in the car at our office.
So if we walk to our office, just several minutes a day, as an example, does that transfers to running?
