Yeah that's not a 5k workout. 5-6 x 1k w./ 90s rest & you'll probably be a couple of seconds/k in either direction depending on how you race & what kind of weather you get. You'd probably be doing 3x1k with more rest if you were doing these @ true 3k pace so you're probably somewhere in between 3k & 5k pace. Hard to say more without mileage/PBs/etc. Maybe 18-mid down to 18-flat.
