Took the last 8 years away from the sport, after deciding the D1 collegiate circuit wasn't for me. When I hung up the spikes, I left off at ~80 miles/week and a 3 mile PR of 14:46. I've finally reached the point where I've decompressed enough to feel the hunger and get back after it again. Anyone who's had a similar experience, what was a solid starting point for you? I was thinking a few easy 15-20 mile weeks to kick things off and steadily build a mileage base, and waiting until I'm back at 60+/week to start sprinkling the workouts in
