By Cian Murphy Today’s attendance at Croke Park was a record crowd to witness a mile race in Ireland and one of the largest in the world, according to athletics officials. The 82,000 at the thrilling Cork-Limerick hurling sem...
In November 1882, over 130,000 people watched Walter George race Lon Myers race three times at the Polo Grounds in New York City. George won the mile leading the whole way, 4:21.4 to 4:27.6.

The Houser agenda is becoming a real thing. Why does he look like a national champion in the steeple. The law of probabilities say 1 of the Washington kids has a great pro career.
