Not at all. Mayyyybe if you compared with % heart rate reserve. And that’s a stretch.
Everyone is different. My max hr is 172. Someone else my age will have max of 190. And we’ll run identical times.
No, not at all. But if you both stop with 400 to go and take a blood lactate measurement then you can tell who is more fit and call it there no need to finish the race.
