Does anyone here do hand-timed 25 meter sprints?
How are they as a predictive metric? What are your results?
I use the indoor track at the gym to run a 25 meter segment, which is just a +/- a meter off of one straightaway, to track and sharpen my speed. I've gotten hand-timed results were from 3.3 to 4.1 seconds, and I reckon I'm pretty consistent with the watch
P.S., whatever happened to the kooky Matt London guy who used to post his really suspiciously timed and arbitrary sprint workouts and Walmart jump sessions?
