I suspect that we are seeing guys come to the conclusion in Olympic year that as Sudjati and Wayoumi are clearly doping, if you can't beat them then join them.
Someone else in another thread said his shoulders were a sign of PED usage. While I've definitely heard/read something or another about PEDs and your deltoids specifically, I will point out that Tual's pointy shoulders are just his abnormally large acromion processes, a bony protrusion.
France learned something the day when convicted doper Thiago Braz (BRA) stole the gold from Renaud Lavillenie (FRA) in the Rio Olympics.
: It f'ing works.

What Tual is doing is no different than the likes of Farah, Ennis-Hill and Rutherford right before the London Olympics.
Rutherford won the Olympics in 8.31. He had jumped 8.30 3 years before, not his fault people were worse than him on the day.
Jessica Ennis had won 3 world championships before London, and considering it's literally a Heptathlon it's quite obvious that your PB would come from the atmosphere of a home track especially at an Olympics.

So it's Wanyonyi's fault that Tual is doping? Lmfao

It's the whole system, the sport is probably now as dirty as it's ever been, unfortunately.
Hopefully the AIU is paying attention and has an idea of who to target.
He trains more like a 400m runner and focuses a lot on strength workouts. He is genetically muscular you should look at his brother ( Adrien Tual, a 1'48" runner)
about his breakthrough, he struggled to lower his PB for three years, and winning the Euro and French trials helped him gain confidence
