Don't have a specific routine, but they definitely help especially as you get into your 30s and beyond.
Search Steve Attkins flexibility routine on YouTube.
Develop flexibility to kick someone in the face, van dam style takes 10 min a day can be done while watching TV.
If you are a steeplechaser or hurdler, they are a great use of your time.
For every other type of athlete (distance runners included) they are a good use of your time.
I do the first 7 exercises in the Myrtl Route every night before bed. Only takes about 5 minutes and it genuinely helps me feel overall much more mobile and better on morning runs.
Why don't someone tell me these things.
