going into my senior year and hoping to improve all of my times significantly. in the summer after my sophomore year, I did little to no mileage or base building so my prs in junior year was off pretty poor training however this summer now that my JR year is over, I have been base building and building up my mileage, currently at 40 MPW to set myself up for a good senior year. How farfetched would breaking 4:20 in the mile or 9:20 in the 3200 by the end of senior year be? or breaking 16 in the 5k the start of the upcoming XC seasons? regardless of how farfetched it is what can I do to set myself up to get as close as I can to these times?
