I know this will be controversial on this hater-filled website but I strongly believe that there are a handful, perhaps even a good number, of world-class middle distance runners who operate within the bounds of WADA and USADA. Who they are is not really the point of my question - whoever they are - what LEGAL supplements DO they take? I refuse to believe that it's either full on illegal EPO blood transfusions, or nothing at all beyond caffeine and vitamins. Where's the middle ground - the clever cocktail or supplements that max out performance - that doesn't violate any rules?
