Im sure theres a bunch of successful coaches on here that spend their summers helping or coaching the littles. My son is in the 8U and so I find myself coaching 8U/9-10 age groups the way our head coach breaks up practices. How do you guys break up/approach the training with what I assume is only a few days a week of practice? On our team we have an interesting dynamic where the 11-15yr olds coach is doing a Feed the Cats approach and 10U im doing more traditional sprint training etc.
