I don't know where in America you live but orthopedic waiting lists are very real where I do.
Most hip replacements are done on none running folks. The author seem to have pushed it too far sometimes.
How does that explain all the other running related orthopaedic issues and the 70%+ injury rate per year for running? Seems like a lot of other people are pushing it too far and beyond their limits also.
