I sometimes get very thight calves and it tightness behind the kneecap where the hamstring inserts. My lower back is also thight.
Stretching calves and hamstring does not do much, I saw on YouTube tthat this is can be caused from trapped nerves in the low back ?
Is this true or just youtube fake physio advice ?

Also the upper trap and neck area; cornerstone or keystone of your core.
Good chances - your ‘core’ is not truly functional.
Calf, low back, anterior deep hip, upper chest and upper trap/neck are all going to give you stiffness and or discomfort if you’re not well organized or coordinated.
